Legality
All of our lifeguards are certified by recognized lifeguarding
schools at national and international levels, with duration of
2 up to 14 months. Those who do not complete these requirements
are excluded from the selection process.
All of our lifeguards are Spanish citizens, members of the
European Union from other countries, or have temporary work
permission verified by the company.
All of our lifeguards are registered in the Social Security System.
euroswim possesses a civil
responsibility insurance contracted with Mapfre Company and a
labor risks and health insurance contracted with Fremap Prevention
Service, belonging to the Mapfre group.
euroswim is responsible under
contract, composed of 6 pages and done by our legal study, for
every one of the following points:
Personnel: Degree, clothing, efficiency,
coordination and substitution.
Schedule: We make sure working hours are
strictly completed. Our lifeguards cannot abandon their working
position no matter what the climate conditions are.
Duration: is guaranteed from beginning to
end, seven days a week.
