Social integration into the working environment
For us it is fundamental that the lifeguard interacts with the swimmers and becomes a part member of the community where they work, therefore knowing the uniqueness of every pool, the rules and the names of its users. For those reasons, all of our lifeguards receive previous training at the start of their duties to learn how to correctly fulfill the job as a euroswim lifeguard. They are trained the euroswim way, and do their join in a corresponding manner.
